SECTION 1 - ACCESS AND ACCOUNT
(a) In these Terms and Conditions, "NetraScrub" "We," "Our," or "Us" refers to NetraScrub, and "You" or "Your" refers to any user of our website or customer making a purchase.
(b) By browsing our website or placing an order, You acknowledge that You accept and agree to these Terms and Conditions. This creates a legally binding agreement between You and NetraScrub for the sale and supply of our products.
(c) These Terms, along with Your Order, represent the full agreement between You and NetraScrub for the purchase of our products. Any modifications to this agreement must be provided by us in writing or via email.
SECTION 2 - OUR PRODUCTS
(a) Some products or services may be available exclusively online through our website. These items may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only, as per our return policy.
(b) While we strive to display the colors and images of our products as accurately as possible, we cannot guarantee that your device’s display of any color will be completely accurate.
(c) We reserve the right to limit sales of our products or Services to any individual, geographic region, or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. Additionally, NetraScrub reserves the right to limit the quantities of any products or services offered. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at our discretion. We also reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Any offer for a product or service on our website is void where prohibited.
(d) We do not guarantee that the quality of any products, services, or information purchased or obtained from us will meet your expectations, nor do we guarantee that any errors in the Service will be corrected.
SECTION 3 - ORDERS
3.1 Order Creation
By placing an order through NetraScrub, you agree to the terms and conditions set forth in this agreement. Receiving an order confirmation does not mean your order has been accepted. The contract between you and NetraScrub is only finalized when you receive a shipping confirmation, indicating we’ve accepted and are fulfilling your order.
We reserve the right to perform security checks to confirm your authorization as the cardholder or account holder before processing your order.
Orders placed in Australia will be charged in AUD. Your bank may apply additional conversion fees, which NetraScrub is not responsible for, and we do not provide refunds for such fees.
3.2 Order Changes
If you need to modify your order, please contact us immediately at team@netrascrub.com.au
Once an order has been dispatched, we cannot make changes, and you will need to wait for its arrival to initiate a return or exchange. NetraScrub is not responsible for return shipping costs.
If you’ve entered incorrect shipping details, NetraScrub is not liable for any lost or misdelivered parcels. If our team cannot update the address before dispatch, you will need to coordinate a redirect with the courier.
If you wish to cancel your order, contact us immediately at team@netrascrub.com.au. Once an order has been packed, it cannot be canceled and must be returned according to our returns policy. We will not be held responsible for return shipping costs if this occurs.
NetraScrub reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders for reasons including but not limited to:
- Product unavailability (in which case we will contact you with options)
- Suspicion of fraudulent activity
- Previous unreturned items
- Ineligible promotions
SECTION 4 - PRICES AND BILLING
(a) We reserve the right to refuse any order placed with us. At our discretion, we may limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. These restrictions may apply to orders placed by the same account, using the same credit card, and/or with the same billing and shipping address. In case we make changes to or cancel an order, we may notify you via the email or phone number provided during the order process. We also reserve the right to prohibit orders that, in our judgment, seem to be placed by dealers, resellers, or distributors.
(b) You agree to provide up-to-date, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made through NetraScrub. You must promptly update your account information, including email addresses, credit card numbers, and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you when necessary.
SECTION 5 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
NetraScrub offers Free Shipping on orders over $120
Standard Shipping: $10 AUD
Express Shipping: $15 AUD
Orders placed during peak periods like sales or national holidays may experience slight delays.
NetraScrub are not liable for shipping and delivery delays. All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or events outside our control. Once we transfer products to the carrier, title and risk of loss passes to you.
5.1 Damaged Deliveries:
If your parcel arrives damaged, please immediately take a photo and send it to our customer service team. Be cautious when opening your parcel to avoid further damage, especially if using sharp objects. NetraScrub is not responsible for damage caused by improper handling during unpacking.
5.2 Missing Items from Deliveries:
If you discover an item missing from your order upon delivery, please take photos of the packaging and the items you received, and email us at team@netrascrub.com.au
Our team scans and weighs all orders to ensure accuracy and is monitored by security footage. We do not offer refunds for missing items if our evidence indicates that the order was fulfilled correctly.
SECTION 6 - DUTIES AND TAXES
For orders shipped outside Australia, customs duties and taxes may apply depending on the regulations of the destination country. NetraScrub has no control over these charges and cannot estimate their amounts, as they differ across countries.
These fees are calculated based on the total value of your parcel, and discount codes, store credits, or gift cards do not reduce the duty amount.
It is your responsibility to contact your local customs office to confirm any additional charges before placing an order.
Please note that customs duties and taxes are non-refundable, as they are mandated by your country’s government and are not managed by NetraScrub. If you choose to decline payment of these fees and request a return, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs, which will be deducted from any refund issued. Customs duties and taxes will also apply to exchange orders.
SECTION 7 - RETURNS, REFUNDS, STORE CREDIT, EXCHANGES
7.1 Change of Mind Returns:
If you are not fully satisfied with your NetraScrub purchase, you may return your item within 30 days of delivery, provided it meets the following conditions:

The item is unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.

It is free from perfume, body odor, deodorant, washing powder, makeup, tan marks, glitter, and pet hair.

It is not a final sale item (discounted by 40% or more).

It does not include underwear, towels, socks, or drinkware.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable. NetraScrub reserves the right to decline returns that do not comply with these standards, and any rejected items will be sent back to you at your expense.
All returns must be submitted through our return portal. NetraScrub is not responsible for returns made outside this portal, and you must provide sufficient shipping evidence (e.g., a tracking number).
7.2 Refunds:
Customers are eligible for a refund pending Section 8, in addition to options for an exchange or store credit. A return fee applies to all refunds and must be processed via our return portal.
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that discount codes and loyalty rewards are forfeited, and original shipping costs are non-refundable.
SECTION 8 - FAULTY RETURNS
NetraScrub is committed to delivering high-quality products. If you receive an item with a defect, please contact us immediately at team@netrascrub.com.au with photos of the fault. Do not use or dispose of the item until the claim is assessed.
If the defect is confirmed as a manufacturer fault, we will offer a replacement, credit, or refund. Items not deemed faulty due to wear and tear, misuse, or failure to follow care instructions are not eligible for replacement or compensation.
SECTION 9 - SOCIAL MEDIA AND CONTENT CREATION
By tagging @netrascrub on social media, you agree that your content may be featured on NetraScrubs social media channels, emails/SMS, and website. You also grant us permission to use your name or social media handle in connection with the content for identification purposes.
By posting and tagging NetraScrub, you consent to the following:
- Your content and social media handle may be showcased on our social media platforms and website.
- You adhere to the terms and conditions of the social media platform you are using.
- You hold all rights to the content you post and have obtained consent from any other individuals depicted in your content.
- NetraScrub may modify your content as needed without prior notice.
- NetraScrub is not liable for any claims made by third parties related to our use of your content.
SECTION 10 - ERRORS, INACCURACIES AND OMISSIONS
(a) Occasionally there may be information on or in the Services that contain typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, product shipping charges, transit times and availability. NetraScrub reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions, and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information is inaccurate at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order).
(b) We are under no obligation to update, amend, or clarify information in our services or on related websites, including pricing information, except as required by law. No date specified for updates or refreshes in our services or on related websites should be interpreted to indicate that all information has been modified or updated.
